Brush Silver with Silver Inlay Frame (A Sizes)

We ordered two of these frames in A2. The frames themselves are fine. We were extremely disappointed to discover that the hooks are not attached, nor are there pilot holes for the hooks to be screwed into. So you have to do this yourself. Furthermore, no picture cord is included so you have to go and buy some. Nowhere are either of these things mentioned on the website or product description. Had we known this, we wouldn’t have ordered them. We have a busy household with young kids & for the price paid we expected them to be good to go. Even cheap Ikea ones are ready to use. Disappointed customers.
