Because we ship with glass by default, sometimes breakages occur. We try to protect our frames as much as possible with bubble wrap, board and strong boxes. But sometimes couriers make mistakes and they get damaged.
If this happens don't worry! We will replace the frame if it arrives broken. Just take some photos or video and email it to us at mail@skelfframes.co.uk with your original order number and we'll sort out a replacement asap.
No need to return the old broken one, we'll just ship an entire new frame to you.
Take a photo as soon as you can, if it sounds broken in the packaging take a video at this point before you unwrap it. We can't replace frames you've broken when fitting your photo or if all the protective packaging has already been removed. So double check the frame before you take the outer layers off. It'll be obvious if its broken.
