Shipping policy

We operate a Free Shipping Service for UK Mainline Orders when ordering a frame. For Highlands, Ireland and other British Islands we do use a courier with a cost and this is calculated at checkout. 

For smaller items or single mounts we charge a premium shipping cost due to the extra packaging required to deliver these safely. If you order these with a frame they will be included in the free shipping. 

All Items are shipped ASAP from order date. Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday are sent the same day where possible.

Orders placed over weekend will not be processed until Monday.
Items placed on or near bank holidays may also result in a slight delay, but Skelf Frames will endeavour to deliver all items placed ASAP.

We have two tier of shipping courier. Royal Mail 1st Class for smaller items that don't require a courier. And DPD Next Day for bulkier heavier items. 

Some areas of the United Kingdom will not be covered by normal rates and additional fees may apply. If this is the case then Skelf Frames will contact the customer to arrange.
