Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of original date. In unopened original packaging.

We do not supply prepaid returns labels. Please make sure the order number is with the returned items otherwise there could be a delay processing the refund.

Please make sure to use all the bubble wrap and box provided to return items to ensure the frames arrive safely back to us. 

Made to Measure frames
Custom made to measure frames are not available to return as these are bespoke.
